2024

It has been a while since I have updated you on my journey. My previous chapter ended tragically when our family farm home succumbed to a fire, leading to the creation of The Naked Farmer. Since then, the journey has been both educational and fulfilling. Currently, you can find me near the small rural town of Penola in South Australia, on my partner's family farm. We acquired a farm here and have been diligently working towards our aspirations. Mental health remains a continuous journey, but I have learned to tune into my body and recognize the signs. I haven’t had an anxiety attack for 7 years now.

I strongly believe that the food we consume plays a vital role. Nourishing my body with unprocessed, wholesome foods significantly contributes to mental clarity.

Another crucial aspect, though often overlooked, is finances. The aim is not wealth but rather financial peace, facilitated by a well-structured budget and a clear understanding of cash flow, which alleviates stress and unlocks inner peace.

Additionally, setting yearly goals – be it for 1, 3, 5, or 10 years – helps us maintain focus and work towards our dreams. It is essential to pause, reflect, and celebrate achievements along the way.

Over the past seven years, I have discovered what true contentment entails. While not every day is perfect, striving for more good days than bad ones is key to winning at this journey we call life.

IT TAKES

GUTS

It takes guts to take your gear off .... as it takes guts to talk about mental health.
